Our Terms

In the following conditions, ‘The Customer’ shall mean the purchaser of the Goods as recorded in the quotation and ‘The Company’ shall mean Quality Lounge Suites Ltd. ‘Goods’ shall mean the items recorded in the quotation purchased by The Customer from The Company. These terms and conditions apply to all Customers. The statutory rights of the Customer are not affected by the conditions below. Every effort is made by the Company to offer the highest possible standard of service. However, in the event of any dispute English law governs this contract.

We reserve the right to update the terms from occasion by amending the updated version on our Website, at which point they will apply to any future orders made. This will not affect ongoing orders. Examples of reasons for change include changes to our Products, prices, guarantee or delivery terms, changes to our business needs or structure , or for technical or legal reasons.

Bespoke orders

A Bespoke order is considered the following. Customers own material, different leg design or finish, amendment to a size, amendment to a cushion filling, stitching or piping

Slight differences in dimensions may occur due to the materials used within the build. Any critical dimensions must be advised by the Customer and noted on any drawing for confirmation.

Once the Customer has confirmed an order, any subsequent changes to the specification will be subject to an administration fee of £50. Changes may affect both the quoted cost and the delivery schedule for the Goods.

Any bespoke order we will provide a technical drawing for the customer. The customer needs to confirm all dimensions and details on the order prior to making

For bespoke products you can not cancel your order before or after delivery.

Product details

Our unique online system offers to show you an indication of colour and material, this will vary on all devices. It is only used as an indication and not for accuracy. We strongly advise every customer to receive a sample of the material.

. We will strive to match as accurately as possible the colour and texture of the fabric of your Products to the samples chosen, but variations in both the colour and texture may occur. We can refuse a refund if there is a slight difference in the die batch.

. We have a policy of ongoing product improvement and reserve the right to amend the specification of Products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

Slight differences in dimensions. The dimensions of Products we supply may vary from those stated in their specification but we will endeavour to ensure that they are within a 2% tolerance of those stated.

Prices

All prices include VAT for the online website, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount. If you live outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, please note that the price you see on our Website may differ from what we charge you due to, for example, differences in your country’s VAT rate.

All prices which we have quoted to you are valid for up to 28 days from the date on which the quote was given, unless otherwise indicated by us.

Payments

For online products we require payment in full through our secure online system.
For in store payments we require a 30% deposit and the balance prior to delivery where we will email through an invoice to the customer.

Payment can be made over the phone by credit card but preferred method to the following bank,

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will usually check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we may use our discretion to charge the higher amount. We also reserve the right to reject an order and refund your money in full prior to deliver if the incorrectly priced item has a significant difference from correct price in excess of £100.00.

Delivery

All delivery times vary and this is stated on each product with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Bespoke products can vary outside the estimated delivery time.

In all cases you are provided with an estimated time of delivery and a confirmed date closer to the time of delivery.

We will offer an am or pm delivery and schedule in an agreed date with the customer. If the delivery is unsuccessful and we have not been advised prior to the day of delivery you will be charged the same delivery amount to reschedule.

Our delivery costs vary and are displayed on the point of order.

Our delivery teams operate during our normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

We are not responsible for the removal or movement of any furniture or other items upon delivery unless we have agreed this with you in advance.

Any damage to the products during delivery it is our liability to repair the items. This must be reported on the day of delivery.

Any damage to the property as a result of the delivery must be reported to us in the same day as delivery and it is our liability to repair.

Our delivery team may notify you that they are happy to deliver the Products but that, in their opinion, access to the delivery address is unsatisfactory for them to make delivery without risking causing damage to the Products or your property or its contents. In this event, if you request that our delivery team proceeds with delivery then such delivery will be at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur.

Our delivery team will unwrap and set up our products on delivery and the customer is required to sign confirming receipt of the items. If there is any damage or defects this needs to be noted at this time.

Delivery outside the Uk or to northern Island & Republic of Ireland. Please enquire for further information.

Risk & Title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to the United Kingdom or which we specify in our order confirmation to you.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products.

Cancellations & returns

You have the following rights set out in this clause provided that you have purchased our Product(s) across any of our telephone, online, or showroom channels and as a consumer and not otherwise. For the purpose of these Terms, you are a ‘consumer’ if you are an individual purchasing Products for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.

For all standard products on the website in the standard materials offered you have a 14 day cancellation period. There is a restocking fee of £100 on all sofas. Refunds will be made to the payment card it was placed on.

Products must be returned to us in a saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the Products. All returned Products will be inspected in our warehouse and, if deemed to be damaged, we will charge you a fee to reflect the amount by which the value of the Products has been diminished.

On bespoke orders you may not cancel your order before or after the delivery.

Customers own material

This is the clause where a customer sends a material into us to use on one of our products. We only offer this on certain products where stated.

We may refuse the right to use where we consider unsuitable.

All customers own materials must meet the uk Fire regulation. Where we are required to use an upholstery interliner meeting uk fire regulations we will provide a separate quotation for this.

Internal cushion interior guarantee is for 1 year from order across all the products

Our Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your Products (including failure to follow any Product care instructions that we provide), loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, theft, accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party.
